Baked Chicken Legs


Baked Chicken Legs

Two sticks of butter melted
Onions

Melt butter in pans in the oven

Rinse chicken Legs
Baste in flour mixture of 2 cups flour 1/4 cup Lowry salt

Remove pans from oven and make sure the butter is spread all over the pan.
Cut up onions and lay slices on the butter in the pan (do this with just one pan if some don't like onions).
Dip both sides of floured chicken in the butter and lay on the pans (on top of the onions and butter)



Bake for about an hour  (flip halfway through)
