Quiche Lorraine With Swiss
Preheat Oven to 350
Make Almond Crust
1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour
4 Tablespoons Butter (Melted)
1 Tablespoon Sugar Substitute
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then press into pie plate.
Make Filling:
Layer Bacon (about 10 slices cooked and crumbled), sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sliced green onion and 1 cup of shredded swiss. Whisk together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper. Add a dash (1/8 tsp) of Nutmeg.
Pour into dish. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded swiss and sprinkle wiht cayenne pepper.
Bake 40-45 Minutes.
